Overall, the process was very good. I completed an online survey for the Solar, and once I agreed the very competitive quote they sent a team round to complete the survey. Once we had agreed the revised design, installation was booked. The scaffolding team were really good, an efficient safe platform was erected, even over the conservatory, and they left no mess.The installation team arrived about an hour before the panels, but they were eventually all delivered and they started the install. They worked incredibly hard in one of the hottest day of the year, and they stayed a little later to finish the job in one day. The electrician, Pedro, arrived and introduced himself, and he was very polite and competent, explaining all that he was doing and making suggestions to improve on the original installation plan (a better location for the battery array)Within two days, the system was up and running, and seems to be producing a lot of energy. The Duracell mobile app is good, but I've found that it needs to be closed and reopened sometimes as it gets a bit stuck. So far, I'm really happy - looking forward to seeing the reduced bill and the payments for the excess energy that I am sending to the grid. It would be nice if there was a So Energy mobile app to check my bills on.
